rewarding than seeing the team's hard work pay off through viral content.
The fast-paced nature of social! There is always something for the team
to test and learn; from new native features to algorithm hacks, I love
encouraging the team to try new things for their clients.
The creativity! Particularly when a project or campaign brief is presented to us. I love coming up with out-of-the-box ideas & looking for ways to be more disruptive.

As a Senior Paid Social Manager, my role
consists of managing the day-to-day paid media deliverables across multiple
platforms for a variety of clients.
My favourite thing about my role...
I've always been passionate and interested in the world of marketing.
I started my marketing career in Organic social, but soon found a new love for Paid Media. I enjoy finding and implementing new strategies and plans to help achieve and reach the clients' objectives.
I absolutely love how creative TSS is and being able to share creative direction and suggestions to the client, from a paid perspective.
As for the people... I mean, who wouldn't want to be a part of such a dynamic, passionate and driven team!

I look after the content we produce for a
variety of our great clients, such as easyJet holidays, Prezzybox and
Carpetright! I work closely with our client teams to ensure our content is on
brand and social first, taking into account current trends and adapting our
content to be the most performance-driven.
My favourite thing about my role is…
Working in such a creative team is something I feed off, so it’s been great being able to bounce ideas off of each other and actually creating the content and getting hands-on makes the job exciting. Plus, there’s never a dull day!

equally creative and strategic. I also enjoy working with a wide range of
clients who have different goals, which keeps things interesting!
